This spacious and fully equipped four-room apartment is ideal for a business trip, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing family vacation. Located just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the main railway and bus station as well as Tivoli Park, you will also find a wide selection of charming cafés, shops, and excellent restaurants right at your doorstep.

Barbara is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. She will gladly provide personalized recommendations for sightseeing, local attractions, activities, and the best places to enjoy Slovenian cuisine.

If you are arriving by plane, a transfer from the airport can be arranged, and Barbara or a member of her family will personally welcome you at the apartment to ensure a smooth and pleasant arrival.

Slovenia is often described as one of Europe’s hidden gems. Thanks to its small size and Ljubljana’s central location, it is the perfect base for exploring the country. With a rental car or a private driver, you can easily take day trips to Slovenia’s most beautiful destinations and return comfortably to Ljubljana each day.

I chose this area because it offers the perfect balance between a peaceful, green environment and a very central location. One of the things I love most is that Tivoli Park is just across the street – it’s ideal for a morning walk, a run, or simply relaxing in nature.

At the same time, the lively city center is only a short walk away, where you can enjoy Ljubljana’s charming old town, the river, great restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions. Everything is easily accessible on foot, which makes the experience of the city very enjoyable and stress-free.

What I appreciate most about this area is that guests can enjoy both sides of Ljubljana – its calm, green atmosphere and its vibrant city life – all within a few minutes’ walk.

What makes my property unique is the combination of space, location, comfort, and personal care. The apartment is very spacious, fully renovated, and thoughtfully equipped, offering guests a high level of comfort whether they are visiting for business, a couple’s getaway, or a family stay.

Its location is truly special – just steps away from Tivoli Park, yet within a short walk to the old town, main stations, and all key attractions. This balance between a peaceful green setting and vibrant city life is something guests especially appreciate.

Another important difference is the personal approach. I personally welcome my guests, show them the apartment, and provide tailored recommendations based on their interests. Many guests say this makes their stay feel more like visiting a home rather than just renting an apartment.

In addition, guests benefit from free parking in a nearby garage, which is quite rare in such a central location, making the stay even more convenient.
