Other things to note
WATER:
City water is not recommended to drink. It is safe to bath and use otherwise. Please bring extra water.

PROPANE:
We attempt to ensure propane in both the grill and porch firepit but it is not guaranteed.

FAMILY HOME:
This is a family-owned vacation home and we rent it so others can enjoy it too. This home is loved and we’re excited to share it with you! For this reason, please note that the home may not offer all the extra amenities of a more pricier accommodation only used for profit.

This includes no trash service. We do request guest haul away trash and include information in our check in message on where guest can take and dump trash bags for $5 a bag.

PETS:
Pets are not allowed at this listing. If we discover a undisclosed pet, it may result in a cancelled reservation.

WINTER SNOW:
The driveway is sloped and 4-wheel drive may be needed in times of snow. Chains can also be used. If you have 2-wheel drive, we strongly recommend parking on the road. There isn't a lot of space to park on the road.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons
