Located in the prestigious gated community Portal IV of Pine, AZ. This two story home is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed. Guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The property also features 3 bathrooms, two with relaxing bathtubs. A Theater room with a cozy murphy bed, that offers additional space for a phenomenal stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pine. Treadmill, Elliptical, and universal workout machines, great views while you get a workout in. Several decks to take in the cool pines. Gazebo with chain hung swings to enjoy a campfire (when local ordnance allow).Newly remodeled home with custom cabinets and appliances to make most meals. Ample seating for all your guest. Several tv’swith streaming accounts. Theater room has 4 theater recliners for your movie night comfort. Loft tv with dvd for kids with many movie choices. Side porch has Blackstone for your cooking desires.

Pine and Strawberry offer great night time entertainment. We are home to the one and only, Old County Inn wood fired pizzeria. Newly opened Old County Smash burger. If it’s sipping wine in the tap room, or upscale dinning at the Strawberry Lodge. If it’s a hole in the wall burger and a beer, there is something for everyone.

We offer over 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, which is home to Fire on the Rim race. If it’s hiking Fossil Creek to the water falls and pools, get your seasonal permit, and bring the hiking boots. Bring your UTV’s and ride hundreds of miles of forrest roads.

You can visit the National Park Natural Bridge, or cool off in the East Verde river.

Most days you will enjoy seeing the wild life of AZ move through the community and yard.

Some just want the quiet community which offers gated security with very little drive by traffic.

The location was beautiful and quiet. The beds were comfortable and it had everything you could need. The host communicated quickly and was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We have had the pleasure of raising our children in this home in Pine AZ. We enjoy fishing, hunting, and hiking the surrounding National Forrest. Although don’t spend as much time as we once did, it would be a crime to not share it.

Why they chose this property

Gated, quiet with very little drive by traffic. Breathtaking views from most windows and decks on the property.

What makes this property unique

You are at the perfect height on the mountain, to drink your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine, staring at the tree tops below. The Mountain View’s and sunsets are 2nd to none. Spacious custom home community with protected views.
