welcome to Beach Chalet 1, beachside chalet!

a nice cozy and old place, located near the main road and within a walking distance from the beach and one of the best surfing spots in town, close to shopping plazas, supermarkets, coffee shops and recommended restaurant!

second floor wooden chalet with one bedroom (good for up to 3 people), bathroom, air condition, WIFI, and a nice balcony with a fully equipped kitchen.
We provide cleaning and change of linen and towels only by requesting one day in advance. (except Sunday).

Important note - Chalet 1 is the second floor out of a two-story duplex.

Five stars plus Vanessa is awesome

The cabinas are wonderful, Vanessa did everything she could to make our stay perfect. She knew the surf spots, she got our clothes cleaned, she was always in the office for anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything works, the outdoor kitchenettes are ideal. The people are friendly and the location in front of Beach Banana was great as we could walk to the beach for our daily smoothies and dinners. We surf and this location was close to hermosa, la lora and a day trip to the waterfalls of Montezuma. The price is most competitive, a real bargain. Vanessa made it perfect, she really cares.

Convenient place to land!

We really appreciated the convenience of this location and the air conditioning. Our communications with property manager were very easy and helpful. In terms of the quality of the stay, it felt like a few steps up from a hostel and a little tired, but we really weren't there to spend much time in the apartment, so if you just want a convenient place to land, this works great.

Beautiful Carmen Beach

Vanessa is a wonderful hostess! She was very helpful and informative. She has a beautiful property and it’s nice having a pool available too. It is well located and close to many restaurants. The only downside is considerable road noise but that isn’t something that can be helped. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Overall a great place!

Perfect place on the beach

The location of the property was excellent. Being co-located with Banana Beach provided great beach access as well as well as food and drink. Get there early for a seat to watch the sunset. The Chalet was more than adequate and very clean. Vanessa was very helpful and provided us with great information about excursions and the local area. Santa Teresa is great beach town. Prices for food and drinks were a little high compared to other places I've been. The single road along the beach had a tendency to be noisy and dusty. All in all a great experience!!
