Comfortable cottage style home. Family friendly. Sleeps six.
Comfortable family friendly home that will sleep 6 with Infant pak and play & crib. All three bedrooms with baths, a quarter common bath on the first floor. Two comfortable living areas. Flat screen TV's with Roku in both sitting areas and bedrooms. Full kitchen with up to date appliances. Family board games, children's books, doll house for the little ones to enjoy! Lovely, partially shared back yard with large private patio & canopied area, lots of seating, firepit and gas grill. This is a very family friendly neighborhood with lots of local perks. Local ice cream and bakery. We are walking distance to the beach. We are minutes away from nightlife, family friendly attractions, shopping, restaurants, local breweries and beautiful beaches and state parks. Pets considered. Come explore our beautiful piece of the earth! Owner has access to in-law attached to right rear of home.
