Charming Cozy Cottage with Hot Tub

Enjoy all that CDA has to offer in our charming little cottage! Located conveniently in the heart of CDA, this property offers quick access to the lake, Downtown, and the Centennial Trail. With a school across the street, this neighborhood is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Whether you're spending your time fishing, hiking, skiing, or just walking around town, you'll have a quiet, lovely place to lay your head, and a hot tub to ease your body.

This property has a two beds and one bath. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. There's a pullout couch in the living room, an electric (faux) fireplace with a heater, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Central heat and AC will keep you very comfortable year-round. The hot tub in the backyard is well-cleaned, maintained, and heated (ready to jump in) year-round! The towels for the tub are in the laundry room.

Kid items available upon request - pack and play, high chair, books, toys etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Turn off the jets, lights, and cover the hot tub - don't worry about turning off the hot tub heater.

During winter months, make sure to leave the central home heat ON to 55 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing.

Please put in 1 load of laundry containing the sheets and duvet covers from any beds used on the shortest cycle time. This helps us with quicker turns and approve early check in or late check out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You will not have access to the garage or small red shed in the backyard. We are using it for storage.

If we determine the hot tub it needs to be drained and refilled for the next guest for any reason an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply.

Additional pet related messes including excessive shedding we charge an additional $300 cleaning fee. No pets in bed or on the sofa due to shedding.

Great place near the lake

Home is clean and has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. It is walking distance to a coffee shop, has a park across the street, and is close to the downtown area. It is a super cute home and the communication was great!

Very clean and cute house.

We stayed overnight with my 4 adults and 2 kiddos! Very clean, comfortable place. The one bathroom is tricky with 6 people but we managed. The neighborhood is very nice, school across the street with great play equipment for the kids. I would stay here again for sure.
