Location is great. Tucked away on a hillside but very close to Sevierville. This is the biggest plus for this property. This cabin is very dated, which would be okay if it were clean. There were asian beetles everywhere (inside) and they had been there a while. Someone’s package from FedEx sat on the porch, the hot tub was low, and there was a layer of dust on everything. There was a moldy keurig capsule in the coffee maker, the blow dryer wouldn’t blow hot (or warm), the skillet handle turned so contents dumped out, and the towels were worn thin. I wanted to give this place a great review but there were too many negatives. It wouldn’t take much to make this place fabulous. Sofa seemed new as did the bedspreads and refrigerator so maybe improvements are happening. I hope so.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay ! A definite perk was a kitchen that had all of the basics to help cook meals when everywhere in town had a crazy wait time. Was definitely impressed when we wanted to grill out and the propane tank needed to be switched out since it was empty, called the property manager and it was switched out within an hour so we could enjoy the weather and grill out for dinner !

Gameroom heater didn’t warm the room well, and the sofa beds were not comfortable. Also the kitchen utensils need an upgrade. The parking spaces were not easy accessible to the cabin.
