Luxury Beach House With Heated Pool, East of A1A - Steps From Private Beach

Luxury 4-bedroom designer villa with private heated pool - 100 yards from a private beach. (the house is the 3rd back from the beach.) The house is beautifully furnished and sleeps 10. The 2 wing layout is ideal for 2 families as each wing features 2 King bedrooms and a bathroom. The modern, designer kitchen and large comfortable living room are in the center of the house, separating the 2 wings and both open on to the very private veranda and heated pool. High speed broadband (600 MBPS )WiFi throughout the house makes it great for working remotely.

Vero Beach is a lovely upscale resort town, just north of Palm Beach. Besides relaxing by your private heated pool, or taking long walks on our beautiful beach, you can enjoy area activities like golf, tennis, shopping, boating, jet skiing, and more.

The house is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Disney World in Orlando - you can enjoy the parks for a few days, then come back and relax by the pool and beach!

The beach is private access only for the families on the street. NOTE that due to recent storms there has been significant erosion on our beach at at some times during the year at high tide, the beach can be small. At mid and low tide there is generally plenty of gorgeous beach to enjoy!

There are two external surveillance cameras on the property: 1 on the lockbox/garage and 1 on the front door. The footage is deleted weekly and is used for the protection of the property from intruders.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which included a short walk to the beach, the therapeutic sounds of the ocean, a lovely private pool, a spacious outdoor terrace for morning coffee, late afternoon cocktails, family dinners and board games, a clean and well equipped house including a kitchen that accommodated our family’s multiple cooks. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to the village, the art museum, restaurants and more. Our thanks to the home owner for the clear communication and hospitality.

Very comfortable house at the beach

The house is an excellent rental. It is steps from A beautiful ocean beach. The pool is nicely heated unlike other FL rentals we have had. With four bedrooms this as ideal family rental. Communication with Norman, the father of the owner, was easy. He is property manager.

We enjoyed our three week stay at this beautiful modern home. The back yard is 100% private and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Most of them will deliver to this house. The host is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon.

Everything We Were Looking for...

We spent two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is on a quiet street. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and we were usually the only person there. The backyard is 100% private. We felt comfortable letting our child run around and have fun. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. We had no problem getting Door Dash or Walmart to to deliver food/groceries to this location. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Outstanding Property

We planned a family vacation at this property. Everyone from age 7 to 80 LOVED the house. The word "luxury" gets thrown around a lot - this listing truly lived up to the word. It was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked, from towels to beach chairs to cooking implements. The pool was gorgeous and when the listing says it is steps from the beach - it is quite literally steps from the beach. The living room has big comfy couches for movie nights and conversation. Every bedroom was beautiful. The host was warm and friendly - check-in and out were a breeze. We are already talking about planning more trips to this house! Words can’t describe how perfect this home was for our family vacation! Very well stocked with anything you might need. Two minute stroll to a VERY private and gorgeous beach. The pool in the backyard feels very secluded and so nice to have right at your fingertips. Large dining table for the whole family. We had a blast doing late night family game nights. We had groceries and pizza delivered right to us. Cute shopping and restaurants just a ten minute drive away. AMAZING hostess and incredibly responsive. I think we spent the majority of our trip just gushing over how PERFECT this house/spot was for us. Most definitely recommend!!

Great Stay in Vero Beach

This was our second trip to Vero Beach and our first time staying at this property. I, along with my wife, our two young children and my wife's parents all stayed at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The house / property is set in a great location - a quiet ocean block with only a dozen or so single family homes on the street. The home is set just two properties back from the beach. It was clean, with plenty of space and beautiful back yard, pool and covered patio/veranda directly off the kitchen and living areas. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Elizabeth was a terrific host - she contacted me to make sure we arrived safely and again during our stay to make sure we were enjoying (which we were). The beach was terrific... beautiful and we had it pretty much to ourselves during our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation In Vero

The house was a perfect setup with the 3 access points in the back! Just about everything we needed was there, only things we were “missing” was foil or plastic wrap, kids utensils (we had 2 kids under 3,) and a rubber spatula for when we made brownies. Other than that, there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, etc. Elizabeth and Norm were great hosts, welcoming and accommodating at every turn. We had an unfortunate encounter with “no see-ums” bugs or sand fleas but I’m sure this is seasonal and we didn’t let it ruin our time! Next time we will be prepared with some spray. Our kids loved finding coconuts in the yard and swimming for hours in the pool! We brought a few rafts from home which were great for adults to relax for an evening swim. All around a beautiful house, beautiful private beach and great memories were made!

The house is casual and yet beautiful with high ceilings and high end finishes throughout. The layout - with two bedrooms on either side of the main living areas (kitchen and living room) makes it an ideal vacation home for 2 families.
