Gorgeous & Spacious 2Bd/2Bath Condo, Whaler 923
This highly desirable 9th floor location offers expansive view stretching from the West Maui Mountains, across the resort courtyard and out to Kaanapali Beach. This deluxe unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Brand new beds throughout: King bed in master bedroom, 2 Queens in the second bedroom, and a Queen pull out sofa bed. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Brand new washer and dryer in unit as well.
In addition, each condo is equipped with a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. **Please note that the starter kit items are not replenished. We do not provide daily maid service, however it can be added as an additional cost.
Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out 10:00am
***Our minimum stay is 4 nights and 7 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. However, we may approve shorter stays if they back up to an existing reservation. We will do our best do accommodate you. We have many comparable condos should this one not be available listed here on VRBO.
Daily Resort Fee: $35/day plus tax. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

**Please note: Tower One is currently undergoing a spalling and paint project. Unit #923 is scheduled for January 21 thru March 28th. The lanais will not be accessible during the day only while they work outside and the railings will be wrapped in plastic. However, if you are the type to be out and about during the day exploring the island or enjoying the beach or pool, this may not affect you much. Work hours will be 8:00 - 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
The entire Whaler Resort is like brand new. The resort looks fabulous! Completed projects include new BBQ areas with beautiful granite tops and benches, refinished our lighted tennis courts, brand new Nautilus Fitness Center, additional waterfall feature in the koi pond, beautiful luscious landscaping and revamped parking areas.
With the Whaler Vacation Rental Program by Monte Fitts Realtors, you get the assurance of an on island management company with a great reputation that has been serving Maui guests for the past 30 years. Our office is only minutes away in Kahana Professional Offices. We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service that has many of our guests returning year after year.

Just stayed at this unit and we could not ask for anything more! Everything was there. Enjoyed the fact that we got views from either sides, ocean and mountains! We loved that there was the washer and dryer and full kitchen! We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend this to all. Also loved that there was free service to print our departure boarding pass at the lobby and our baggage were held at the front desk until our shuttle pick up. Amy at the front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. All in all, this is home away from home!!! Loved it!

This is a beautiful and very spacious unit. A home away from home, you are provided with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Gorgeous ocean and mountain views from the wrap around lanai.
