Enjoy amenities like an outdoor covered patio complete with a refrigerator, bluetooth speakers, TV, seating for 9, a propane firepit, and a pellet/propane BBQ. WiFi, Internet TV (including PPV sports), laundry, A/C, heating, and close proximity to golf and pickleball. 2 off street parking spots. Owner lives part time in a separate casita onsite. Your privacy will be respected in this quiet neighborhood.
Added note: Because this is a man made lake, swimming is not allowed. The lake water is supplied by well water. (Many AZ lakes have treated reclamation water as their source of water.) Catch and release fishing and kayaking are allowed.
