Nestled quietly in the Historic Riverside/Midtown area, you are not far from some of Wichita's best boutiques, museums, restaurants, venues and nightlife. Whatever your perfect day consists of, rest assured, it’s all within reach here.

The Space!!
Walk into the cozy dining room and living room with large Smart TV, stylish seating and dining table with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and many other kitchen essentials.. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, making it perfect to relax after a long day of exploring! A washer and dryer in unit is included!

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.
