Great location. Large room as described. All fine except the wall fan went on and off all night and kept waking us and we were not able to disable it.

When arriving, tried to open the front gate, it appeared to have some kind of tie/tape preventing it from unlatching. Had to disconnect a portion of the gate in order to gain access. Little house was clean, orderly, bed was comfortable. Two space heaters were provided, neither of which worked well. Definitely would not work well in the winter. (Maybe get some new ones that actually work). Did not like the on street parking as it is on a fairly busy road. Would not stay again!

About what I expected for the price. Perfect for what we needed as a place to stay 1 night for a trip up Pike's Peak. Entrance weeds could be cleaned up but ok. Parking on the street was a bit dangerous but convenient. Bed tables could have better charging options but ok. Shower floor hurt our feet. Liked the coffee maker and the provided K-cups. Backyard adjacent to house was a bit messy but the raised garden beds looked like a nice idea. Wish the air conditioner worked better or there was a good way to have better air flow through the place... glad the weather was cool.

Cute place, convenient location, loved the cat that visited us on the porch. Only suggestion is to add a full length mirror because we were heading to a wedding and that would have been nice. I would definitely stay again!

Adorable guest house!

This was such a wonderful house! Very thoughtfully put together with lots of amenities and nice touches. It was also so clean and at a great central location for Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Welcoming and cozy

I am a local and my girlfriend was visiting from Southern CA for my college graduation. We stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The property is perfect for a couple to share a relaxing weekend getaway in with easy access to great food and parks within walking distance.
