The apartment is located in the famous "Montorgeuil" neighborhood of Paris. It is very well-connected with 4 metro lines, and many bus lines nearby. The closest metro station is only 180 meters down the street. You can also visit Paris by foot. For example, the Louvre is just a short 15 minutes walk.


*** STAY IN A COSY AND FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT!

My charming duplex apartment is very cozy and fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests.

• DOWNSTAIRS :
There is a living room with a convertible double sofa bed, usb outlets, blackout blinds, a table with 4 stools and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, nespresso machine, pots and pans, dinnerware and wine glasses).

• UPSTAIRS:
The alternating tread stairs leads up to the bedroom (double bed and blackout shade), and a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer) with sloping ceiling.

• LAUNDRY:
There is a washer in the unit, a drying rack, an iron and its board. Also, there is a laundromat 100 feet away.


• HEATING AND COOLING:
There are 2 portable fans and 2 wall radiators.



*** THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You can get your groceries from the mini-market just outside the building. There is also a cute cafe with wifi downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, bars and bakeries all around, as well as many metro, bus and bike stations.



*** WHAT IS PROVIDED:

*** HOUSE RULES:
• Self check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out by 11am. You can book online a luggage storage located near my studio.
• No parties.
• No smoking
• No pet



*** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My place is not suitable for babies, young kids, seniors and people with mobility issue who cannot climb stairs for the following reasons:
• The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a non-elevator building.
• It's a duplex attic apartment with an alternating tread stairs that leads to upstairs bedroom and bathroom with sloping ceilings.
• Because the apartment is so centrally located, some street noise is unfortunately unavoidable, especially during weekend.
• Please note that there is on-going construction work in the courtyard.
