Sunbay's "Back Porch Grill" is Locally Famous for their Steaks & Seafood! Have a Nightcap at "Martini's" (Sunbay's Cocktail Bar), then Stroll on back to the Condo for a Great Night's Rest! Enjoy Beautiful Views of Lake Hamilton and Mt. Riante from this Adorable Vacation Rental!
This Property is Perfect for 2 Couples or a Family of 4. The Kitchen, Dining, Living and Sunroom are Open allowing Great Space to Gather with Family and Friends! The Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, Huge Ensuite Bathroom (with a Soaker Tub and Separate Shower), Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, a Walk-In Closet and a Smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen with an Ensuite Bathroom and a Great Little Kitchenette with Coffee Bar!
The Kitchen is Well Equipped for Guests wanting to Cook and Stay In! Stream your Favorite Movie or Show on the 42" Smart TV in the Living Room, Play one of the Many Board Games, or just Relax in the Sunroom with your Favorite Beverage taking in the Views!

Guests have Full Access to ALL Amenities at Sunbay Resort including a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Playground and Sauna! There are Boat Slips for your Boat as well as Boat Trailer Storage. Your Professional Hosts are Lisa and Melissa. We are local and available during your stay if you need something! We prefer to communicate through the app, but once you book, you will have our cell phone numbers. You can message, text or call us at anytime! Service Animals are allowed.

Please Note: This is a condominium complex. Expect to hear noise from other condos. Walls are shared. This is not a stand alone unit. Thanks!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and was perfect for my family. The only downside was that i think the listing said there was an indoor pool available and the only pool was out doors.

We could hear the people above us walking around and moving stuff around all through the night and early morning hours. It's very disturbing constantly hearing someone walk around back and forth seemingly nonstop. Not sure why the structure was designed that way. You shouldn't be able to hear someone just walking normally above you. Very Problematic!!! Everything Else Was Great!!!!

Great Weekend Stay!

We had a great stay this weekend! The condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We had two couples and had plenty of room & privacy. We were in town for Oaklawn and were able to easily Uber from the condo the track. We had dinner at Back Porch Grill - loved that it was onsite. Would definitely choose this location for another stay!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub. The only negative was that in the balcony/sitting room the windows could not be opened. It was so nice outside that we wanted to get fresh air and enjoy the sun and couldn't. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Nice place….

Couple issues, there were two sets of stairs, not one,,,my husband has two new knee replacements, Andria had just injured my knee and was using a cane. Other couple have bad knees too.. bathroom / master had a leaky faucet and we had to use extra towels and cloths to hold water in check. Would have liked to had a fire, but gas wasn’t turned on. Our friend said she believed their sheets had been slept on…I personally didn’t go check them out, was just taking her word for it. If previous tenant had made the bed, that could be true. But overall, was a good stay…. Thank you for sharing your rental.
