On Beach Road! Beautiful Condo! Steps to Beach! Ocean Views!

Our condo is ideal for up to 6 people. It is also ideal for senior couples who love to get away to sunny California every winter.

Stay in our beautiful completely remodeled two bedroom two bath condo on the second floor of the complex, just steps to world famous Carpinteria State Beach! Our condo is a part of the beautiful Solimar Sands complex located across the street from Carpinteria State Beach.
This condo is facing the ocean and the among the largest square foot condos in the complex. We also have a outside deck in this 2nd floor condo which faces the beach with ocean views.

You will find the interior of our condo with a completely equipped kitchen with all new appliances. New vinyl plank flooring throughout entire condo. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled as well.

We have comfortable chairs and a sofa, perfect for relaxing or watching TV on the Flat screen Smart TV. Dining room table seats six.

The two bedrooms are both located upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a Cal-King bed, dresser drawer, clothes closet and a wall mounted HD Flat screen TV to enjoy from bed.
The 2nd bedroom has awesome adult-size bunk beds and a full bed, clothes closet, and a wall mounted HD flat screen TV too for the kids or 2nd couple to enjoy !

There are two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. A full Shower/bath is in upstairs bathroom and a shower in downstairs bathroom.
We provide all your linens and towels so all you need is to bring your suitcase!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even a Blender, Coffee maker, Microwave (of course ) !

We have a variety of books and games to play in the storage cabinet upstairs.

You will find our condo to be not only relaxing but quiet! The master bedroom is on the beach side where you will sleep to the sound of the waves each night! The living room downstairs, with the sliding door to the deck allows you to enjoy the cool breeze and the sound of the ocean waves while relaxing or napping.

The complex has 2 pools and a in-ground spa to rest those tired muscles after a great day in the wine country, golfing or laying on the beach.

The complex also has 2 blue tooth app operated laundry rooms equipped with washers and dryers.

The complex has easy access parking in front and gated parking in back. Come rest a while at our paradise by the sea in beautiful Carpinteria, California.

Great location and the condo was very well stocked we really didn’t want for anything .

Overall Great experience the only issue for potential renters might be the stairs going up to the condo and in the condo. We would consider coming back in the future.

We have stayed in this condo before and we look forward to coming back every year. This condo is so clean and organized and spacious. It feels like home. We never want to leave. We love that the second room has bunk beds so that all of our girls can share a room. We like sitting out on the patio and listening to the ocean. The pool is great for the kids and us after a day at the beach. It is nice that you can walk to town. Owners of this condo are very nice and easy to work with. Perfect condo for the Younger generation!

First of all it’s a lovely refurbished condo. Very comfortable. Close to the beach and had almost everything you needed to stay for a period of time. We were there for 10 days and ran a little short on washcloths but it was nothing that we couldn’t go to the store and buy for ourselves. The one problem I had was that we didn’t realize there were going to be so many stairs inside and out. Got it a little hard for me especially after it started raining outside. Linens on the beds could of been a little newer and freshened up, other than that all was very nice.

We loved our stay here. The condo is exactly as described and photographed, comfortably furnished, well-stocked with kitchen and living necessities. A stone's throw from the beach, and easily walkable into a cute, vibrant town. Lisa, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, cheerful, and helpful if we were confused about how to work something, and generally went above and beyond for anything and everything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic beach getaway

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. Forgot to bring something to the beach? No problem, you only have to walk across the street to grab what you need. The unit was tastefully decorated, updated and clean. Our only issue was the spiral staircase. Small children could definitely fit through the spaces in the railings and was not safe. The unit description advertises a baby gate and we specifically asked about this but upon arrival the baby gate was upstairs in its original packaging and needed hardware drilled into the wall in order to install it. Needless to say we didn’t use it. Other than that it was great! We’d definitely return with older children.

October in Carpinteria.... the best!!

We loved staying at your charming condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Mostly we ate out (Esau’s was so good) but it was a joy to have available all that was offered. If I could say anything was missing, I’d have to say a clock, but who watches the time on vacation? This is the second time that we have stayed at Anne’s condo in Solimar Sands. It’s a great location, close to the beach, pool, on site, views of the ocean, and well equipped. We didn’t have any issues, but the check-in process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

The condo has been in the family since the complex was built in 1972. We are 3rd generation owners along with our family, so we know Carpinteria and the Santa Barbara area very well. In all our travels nothing matches the beauty of this "Gold Coast" known as beautiful Santa Barbara County and our small town of Carpinteria! We know once you come here you will fall in love with the town too! Now our family takes great pride in sharing our vacation condo with others like you.

Why they chose this property

The Solimar Sands complex location is ideal because the street dead ends at a wildlife preserve on the North side of the complex. Therefore not a lot of traffic as Hotels and other condos in area face. It is in walking distance to everything including the beach across the street! It has the finest amenities and beautiful sparkling pools! There are other apartments and condos in different price ranges in the area. But you will find none as well maintained inside and out as this complex. It has a very active association who takes great pride in keeping the outside grounds spotless and the complex quiet and well maintained. The area has a family feel to it, unlike other complexes down the street where there is a lot more noise and partying crowd. You will enjoy the serenity of this complex!

What makes this property unique

What you get in peace and serenity and the waves of the ocean at this complex is what made us fall in love with this place! Most condos in most cities which are beach accessible are outrageously priced to rent by the week or month or even to think of buying. And they all come with so many extra expenses. This is also very obvious when you look at condos throughout Santa Barbara County. This condo complex allows you to sleep to the sound of the waves, or stroll along the beach which is only steps from your condo door. And here your not being forced to tip someone or fight crowds your whole vacation!
You really can have a great vacation and never leave the complex. You can literally walk to the store, walk to the restaurants, or whatever and feel safe. There is something about this small town that words cannot express.
