So glad you’re here! This luxurious, elegant home was designed with the guest in mind. Wake up feeling refreshed in a king sized bed with a plush comforter and gel-filled down pillows. Get your day started with a hot cup of coffee or tea. To make your stay enjoyable, this home is furnished with oversized bath towels, a fully equipped bar cart, blackout curtains, a front porch, and a large fully furnished back deck. Come and enjoy The Emerald Luxury Retreat!
The space
2bd 1ba freestanding home fully rehabbed in 2022. Charming living room, king beds in both bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable backyard deck. Washer, dryer, and detergent available via a separate basement entrance.
Basement finished in 3Q 2025 as a 1br/1ba apartment, long-term rented to a quiet, hardworking friend of the family. 2 layers of soundproofing between the floors guarantee you won't notice each other.
Guest access
All rooms on main level, deck, and yard. Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent via a short outside walk between the main level and basement entrance.

About the host

We are a family of 5; husband, wife, grown daughters and a son in college. Ever since we “outgrew” single hotel rooms we have been using VRBO and have had really good experiences. In November 2022 we began our journey as hosts, and listed our home with VRBO in October 2024. We love exploring new places. We try to be frugal and cook for ourselves while on the road at least some of the time, but always respect our surroundings and leave a place clean and tidy. We are excited to host others and help them enjoy a comfortable home away from home!
Why they chose this property
Fairview Drive is calm and secluded while still close to amenities and attractions of Carlisle. We have pleasant neighbors on all sides and are very happy to have found this neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
111 Fairview Drive was fully rehabbed in 2022 with vacation rental in mind. The king beds and linens are luxurious and the kitchen well-equipped. We only offer this house and another down the block so we can always be attentive to our guests. We hope to be able to host you and make your time in Carlisle easy and comfortable.
