Couldn’t use the hot tub or fire pit

The two reasons I booked the place and i couldn’t use either. The hot tub never got hotter than 80 degrees, and when asked how to fix it they responded by sending screenshots. I wasn’t aware I needed to fill up their propane tank and later get reimbursed I wouldn’t have booked if I knew Iwouldn’t be able to use either of these things.
