The home is also conveniently located with a direct route to a protected pedestrian crossing for safe access across the A1A, to reach the beach. For a fun day at the beach, there are bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagons and beach toys available for use. There are many restaurants, and a grocery store (Winn Dixie) within minutes from the home, with options such as Walmart or Aldi a short 15 minute drive away. The location provides quick access to the historic downtown, and other local attractions such as the St Augustine lighthouse, Amphitheatre, and the Alligator farm. We hope you enjoy experiencing everything St. Augustine has to offer.

The home is beautiful well cab updated with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Having bikes to ride was a big Plus and a cart with some things for the beach was nice. The space fit are large family very well and we had a couple extra beds. Proximity to the beach was a huge bonus and a very easy walk. We most definitely would consider staying at this location again as it did have everything that our family needed for a great vacation.

It was nice to have separate entrances for our son‘s larger family with 2 teenagers and a preteen, who stayed in the downstairs, which is like a separate apartment.

We have hosted a vacation rental for 8 years and feel honored to provide a space for families and friends to enjoy time away together. We enjoy traveling, beaches, and historical sites, which are all found in St Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood, with a park 1 block away, and direct access to a protected pedestrian walkway for safe crossing over A1A, to access the beach. Located on Anastasia Island, the sunrise can be viewed on the beach, and just a few blocks walk in the opposite direction provides a great location to view the sunset.

What makes this property unique

The home offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two living areas, with a large backyard for plenty of room to enjoy. There is a covered back deck for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The home has convenient access to the beautiful, expansive beach, and is a short 15 minute drive to all of the attractions that St Augustine has to offer.
