This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1450 sq. ft. 3rd floor SW corner unit has been creatively redesigned to allow for optimal viewing of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. It is unique in its layout and is the only one of its kind in one of the most desirable condo buildings on the beach. With 3 sets of sliding glass doors that open to the spacious wrap around balcony from the living/dining areas you can see it all. The view is spectacular and unobstructed - no bars from shutters, no trees - nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico except sand and sea oats! Imagine having your morning coffee on the shaded balcony as you gently sway in the hammock swing, watching for dolphins gracefully swimming by, almost catching the breeze from a flock of pelicans flying in front of your eyes, all while you are mesmerized by the gentle sound of rolling waves. What a way to start your day! You may even see an occasional manatee or two lazily frolicking in the shallow water.
Inside, the bright and spacious living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with a leather reclining sofa, swivel chairs, and plenty of cozy pillows and throws for lounging while watching TV, listening to music, or enjoying high-speed WiFi. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals, with the dining area nearby so you won’t miss a moment of the view. The master suite offers a plush king bed and a peaceful retreat, while the second king bedroom provides privacy and comfort for another couple. Both bathrooms feature large glass-enclosed showers, and thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and an in-unit washer and dryer make your stay effortless. Guests have access to all Pier House amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, picnic and BBQ areas, and direct beach access

The Pier House is a residential community, not a hotel. Please respect these rules during your stay:
-Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.
-Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.
-Only confirmed guests are allowed in the condo. Max occupancy: 2 people per bedroom, 1 person per den (5 total).
-Pets are not allowed in this condo for any reason.
-Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.
-While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous.
-Please use your assigned parking space. No overnight parking for boats, campers, or RVs.
-Please follow all posted Pool Hours and Rules. No glass containers (use aluminum or plastic)/Wash sand off at foot showers before entering/Close umbrellas when leaving/Swim diapers required for infants/Follow turtle nesting season rules (May–October).
-Please lock all gates/doors after passing through. Don’t allow unknown people access to the building or pool.
-No hanging towels/clothes on balcony railings.
-Only electric grills allowed on balconies.
-Store personal items (floats, towels, etc.) inside your unit.
-Securely bag garbage and use chute by the elevators.
-Return carts to stairwells immediately after use.
-Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.
-Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
-Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes IS NOT allowed on the property. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
-Please return all keys upon departure to avoid extra fees ($30/each)
