Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take your garbage out to the bins right of the garage. Please re-secure the bins with the bungee cord.
Please ensure no food is left outside as this will attract bears.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No indoor fireplace use.
Both fields to the left and right of the yard are accessible. The woods directly behind the house are accessible up until the next rock wall.
No hunting on or around the property. The land across the street, the garage, and the barn are not accessible.

Wonderful historic farmhouse

The house was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and had many nice features to make our stay special. The only disappointment was the inability to use the outdoor firepit, as it was overgrown with grass and there was water in the bottom. Trails were advertised on the site, but they were not accessible due to tall grass.The scenery was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely modern farmhouse in a tranquil spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers.
