It has 1 king primary, 2 queens rooms, two twin beds, and 2 sets of bunk beds (for total of 9 separate beds amongst five bedrooms) and is perfect for your large group of guests. This location is within walking distance to MANY local restaurants and shops with plenty of parking at your door step. The historic Wine House loft sits above the Wine Shop, a boutique restaurant and shop that will also deliver upstairs. Your group will enjoy multiple living spaces plus a large hang out room with pool table and bar.

Beautiful condo! This was just perfect. This was just a short trip for us, but I would love to return and get to enjoy the rental longer. The location is amazing. Lots of restaurants to walk to and New Albany has such a cute, fun downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jess was fantastic! There were 8 guys there for the bourbon trail and we had plenty of room to eat, sleep, and relax! There is a LOT of space and we were able to walk to bars, restaurants, and a coffee shop. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved staying in this home. There was so much room for everyone, decorations were on point, there were so many towels that we didn’t have to worry about running out with our large group, beds were comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommended this place!! Host was very responsive with all of my questions and the space is as amazing as all the pictures show! Location is perfect--New Albany is great--tons in walking distance to do. Plus it is so close to the Bourbon Trail in Louisville! We were there to celebrate a 21st birthday with 12 family members and had more than plenty space!! Lots of room to all hang out together at the end of a busy day! I cannot say enough good things about this place and host!

We stayed at this VRBO for our bourbon trail anniversary weekend and were absolutely blown away! The decor was stunning and every detail was so thoughtfully designed. It felt like a luxury retreat. Being located right above the wine shop was such a bonus. We loved popping downstairs for a delicious frosé or espresso martini before heading out.New Albany is the cutest town that was full of charm, walkable streets, great shops, and so many restaurants to explore. Plus, it’s just a quick drive over the river to Louisville, and only about 8 miles from Caesar’s Casino, which made for a fun night out.Jess, the hostess, was fantastic! Super communicative, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We never had a single issue during our stay. Honestly, the only problem was that we didn’t want to leave!And let’s talk about the beds… heavenly. We’ve all stayed in rentals with those less-than-great mattresses, but not here. These beds were dreamy and made it hard to get up in the morning.We will 1000% be back. Can’t recommend enough!
