Literally around the corner from restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, beach access and a sweet little park with a dog park, pickle ball, tennis court. On condo facility: Outdoor pool with outdoor grill. Two bicycles. Wi-Fi and smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Furnished kitchen including air fryer and other useful items. Personal gated parking space for 2 vehicles. Balcony. Here are some highlights to enjoy during your stay:
Beautiful Beaches: Unwind on the soft sands, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze. Historic District: Stroll through our quaint downtown, filled with boutiques, art galleries, and historic homes, Pier, and Neptune water park. Smoking is not permitted
Late checkout fee $50 every half hour. After 2 hours an additional $150 fee. This does not give you permission to possess the property any longer.
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes allowed inside the condo. $500 cleaning and odor removal fee. No Parties. Quiet time 10pm-7am. Fee charged if violated
Notify us immediately if something is broken or stained so we can take care of the issue. Replacement fees can be requested. Lock doors at checkout.
