Get ready for lakefront living at its best! Red Door on the Lake is a newly built waterfront home nestled in the peaceful Noah’s Landing community on Lake Anna’s private side. It’s the perfect spot for families and groups looking to relax, play, and make unforgettable memories.

You’ll have your own private sandy beach, plus access to fantastic community amenities including nature trails, a basketball court, a shared beach area, and a pavilion for gatherings and picnics.

Inside, the home is bright, spacious, and designed for comfort. The main level features a luxurious primary suite, while the lower level gives teens and young adults plenty of space to spread out—with two bunk sets, games, and a chill hangout area. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a private nook with a sleep sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights or quiet reading.

Step outside to enjoy breathtaking lake views, grill up dinner on the gas grill, and dine al fresco on the patio or lawn. The flat, grassy yard is perfect for outdoor games, and the peaceful setting makes every moment feel like a true escape.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from Pleasants Landing Marina, El Gran Patron Restaurant, a public beach, and live local events—so you’ll have plenty to do both on and off the water.

Grateful for the Red Door

We enjoyed out stay here- easy check in, enough space for all. I'm sure they mentioned it but there are only 2 TVs in the house. Once the kids got over no TV's in the room, they were fine!

Great house on the water with a little beach

Loved the house. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities for the kids. Checkin process could be better by adding a coded lock to the door. Had to drive out of the way to pick up the key. Which wasnt too bad.

Great for a group of peers to co-work for a few days near the lake. You will need to pick up keys from the office. Communication was clear and friendly. Basics provided.

Great house

The house is great, it was nice and spacious for our group to never feel crowded. It was clean, the water was right out the back door, and the common area was just to the side so very convenient to go play basketball, etc. The only downside is the little things that complete the experience, and made for a lot more to pack ourselves. The only outdoor seating was around the fire pit so we brought our own camp chairs, there were no beach toys or life jackets, no water floats or kayaks, and it seemed like it was just too new for those things to accumulate yet. It was as advertised though so we brought those ourselves and had a blast. The basement has a lot entertainment for the kids, more than I think was shown on the listing (air hockey, ping pong, foosball) and there’s a basketball game in the garage.

Great house -- Acquisition and return of key a big hassle

The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Fairly new construction (built in 2021 according to Realtor.com). VRBO description was accurate. Is located in a neighborhood of large homes (3000 sq feet or more) and large lots. House has beach front access on the warm (private) side of Lake Anna. The only downside (and the only reason I did not rate this house with 5 stars) had to do with the house key. We had to drive 40 minutes (20 minutes from the house and 20 minutes back) to the rental agency to pick up the only key to the house. We were a group of 8 adults so having only one key was a hassle. Then at the end of our stay, we had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to return the key to the rental agency by 10 o'clock checkout time (20 minutes to the rental agency and then 20 minutes right past the house to get back on the road for home). Really would have helped to have an electronic lock on the door or a combination key box.
