Thank you Drew for a wonderful stay. The space was as described and we were only a 15min walk to Peak 9 Lyft & town. Advance communication from Drew made it possible for us to settle in quickly upon arrival. Added bonus, there's a crockpot if you want to get chili going in the am. Drew was extremely responsive and receptive to a couple of minor issues - including one outside of his control with another unit. Great location on the mountain, easy walk both to the mountain as well as to main street. Pool complex directly behind the unit was well equipped with multiple hot tubs, both covered and uncovered, as well as a heated pool. Kitchen was extremely well equipped both with cooking supplies and spices/oil. Would stay here again.

We had our family of four with four guests and really enjoyed our stay. The walk to town is so easy and convenient. It is a bit tough walking back after a day skiing but manageable. The hot tub being so close was a great reward for a hard day on the slopes. Thanks!

They stated many things right on, like the twin loft beds are just for children under 12. Very small close space. Then there were others: Walk to lift about 15 min in ski boots, there are lockers at the base which came in handy. Washer/dryer are not in unit but complex; don't forget your quarters! :( So they did bring us clean towels! Otherwise a comfortable place and easy to work with owner!

This condo was a great fit for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed taking over the loft, and both downstairs bedrooms were comfortable for the adults. The large dining room table was definitely a plus. We also loved the location! It was a quick and easy walk to Peak 9 and ski school, as well as to Main street. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely seek out this rental again!

We have been coming to Breckenridge for years to enjoy the mountains and escape the "city life." We have a big family and finding activities that everyone enjoys is a rarity... but not here. Hiking, boating, fishing, rafting, skiing, boarding, sledding, books next to the fire, beer on the porch, wine on the patio - there is something for everyone.

Why they chose this property

When we started to look at properties in Breckenridge, we had a pretty specific list of requirements. It had to "look like Colorado," fit our big group of family and friends, and be super close to the slopes and town. We looked at dozens of places and it is easy to find one or two of those in a condo, but finding all three was nearly impossible... until we found this spot.

In addition to this unit, we have a second unit in the same building available if you have a larger group. The second unit is 1 bed, 1 loft, and 2 full bathrooms. It is less than 30 steps away from this unit on the same floor.
