The complex consists of 3 beautiful side-by-side villas, each boasting 4 bedrooms and offering a total of 12 bedrooms across the complex. All three villas have their own independent entrance, so each group can enjoy its own retreat within the larger complex. Connecting doors between the villas make this an ideal choice for large groups or families travelling together, offering the perfect blend of shared moments and private space.

Villa Kaly, Villa Aksara, and Villa Zayya are nestled in the heart of the trendy Oberoi neighborhood, just 250m from Seminyak Square, 700m from the beach, and steps to convenience stores, stunning restaurants, and some of the best shops the Seminyak area has to offer.

Blending modern and traditional Indonesian architecture, this villa complex is designed to provide the utmost comfort and pleasure. The 3 villas are connected by 2 charming wooden doors and can accommodate up to 27 guests.

Each of the three villas features the same layout, ensuring everyone enjoys the same beautiful experience. After passing through the stunning antique door at the entrance, you will discover the long swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing dip on a warm morning before sitting down to a delightful breakfast. Two lovely bungalows with alang-alang roofing, typical of traditional Balinese architecture, are nestled at both ends of the pool, each housing a beautifully decorated bedroom with pool views and an en-suite bathroom.

The main building is designed in a Joglo concept (a local house built in old teak wood), its solid century-old structure sheltering the living room, TV area, and open-plan kitchen with dining room. This spacious setting exudes a warm and sophisticated ambiance. Open on three sides, it offers sweeping views of the lush tropical garden. On each side of the house, two modern and cozy bedrooms are accessible through their bay windows overlooking the garden, both equipped with a spacious closet area and a large mirror.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa.
