The rooms were very clean and the host was very nice, it was a last-minute place we had booked at yes sandy Shores right across the street from John’s pass and when we got there, they had no pass code for us to get in so needless to say we had to find another place last minute and sunset Vista helped us big time. I appreciate everything they did. Our room was very clean. It was very nice staying there.

This was the perfect location for our fall break trip. Loved having coffee with a view of the beach and ocean. We got to see dolphins and manatees! Communication with property management was excellent. Condo was clean and comfortable. Close to food and entertainment. We really couldn’t ask for anything more!

The condo was beautiful. The location was great. We will stay again but I wished we would have known about how to get into the complex before we got there. The first couple of days we were making U turns to get in. The balcony really needs some lighting. Also wished there was a hot tub at the pool. (I know out of your control.) But again we will be staying at Sandy Shores again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The convenience, courtesy, and cleanliness of our VRBO exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough! Property was very nice !! Everything that the pictures and ad described . The resort is working hard to recover from last years damage but their hard work is paying off . I talked to a couple maintenance guys that were there working every day and let me tell you they are busy with getting the grounds back in shape and landscaping . The beach was very easy access and the pool was open and looking good . Great time and we would definitely stay here again .

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for and the property owners were very responsive for details about the check in process and while we were there! Very clean! Location is perfect / easy beach access and John’s pass being right across the street was great! Will definitely stay again.

Family weekend

The location was fantastic, walking distance to John’s pass with a nice beach view. The cleanliness is where I feel the condo lacked, as my 1 year old was playing on the floor and his feet were black and full of stand even before we went to the beach. Also would have liked to see bath soap and more kitchen supplies, for example not just one paper towel roll and condiments would have been nice to cook with. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
