This appartment honestly felt like my home away from home. It has Absolutley everything you could ever need, so cozy, comfortable, stylish, clean, air con, huge bed, good pillows, tea, coffee, ice, i could go on!Easy and quick communication, we had a great 7 night stay, and just wanted to stay longer! Would recommend and would stay again and again!

The accommodation itself was spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was charming and historic. Parking was somewhat tight but manageable.The patio overlooks a neighboring rental property’s parking area, and due to the nearby highway there is consistent traffic noise.Communication from the owner was frequent and extensive, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. Prior to and during the stay, there were multiple long messages outlining rules and penalties. These included repeated warnings about parties (with police involvement mentioned), strict temperature limitations for the air conditioning, and how it will only cool 10 degrees below outside temperature, multiple reminders about smoking penalties with fines (including outdoors), detailed parking restrictions, notice that the garage and laundry were unavailable, and a warning of a 250 charge for being more than 15 minutes late at checkout.While the property itself was fine, the volume and tone of the communications created an unnecessarily stressful experience. Way to much drama.

Lake Davis itself is perfect for morning strolls or evening walks, with locals and visitors alike enjoying the lakeside paths, watching birds, or taking in a beautiful Florida sunset. People out jogging, walking dogs, or chatting with neighbors make it a close-knit and friendly community. The area’s mature trees provide natural shade, and many homes have unique architectural styles, blending older charm with modern touches.

Just minutes from Downtown Orlando, you get the best of both worlds—peaceful suburban vibes with quick access to cultural spots, trendy restaurants, and entertainment. What I enjoy most is the neighborhood’s laid-back, welcoming feel. It’s a place where you can truly unwind but still be close enough to everything Orlando has to offer.

What makes this property unique

I built this custom garage apartment in 2024 from the ground up and creating high-end finishes.

The space has a king bedroom with double French door windows that open right up to the balcony area from the bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully stocked kitchen/living area that has another set of double French door windows overlooking the balcony. All the finishes are high-end and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It's a really beautiful space.
