Cute little private apartment.

Nice place, especially if you need something dog friendly. Has a fenced yard. Host was very communicative and great to work with.

The house was awesome. The area is less than desirable with the surrounding homes being run down and uncared for. You have to get out of the car to open the gates to get back to the house. Homeless people walking up and down the street. We definitely felt uneasy and a little worried about our stuff being left in the home.

Great Studio Apartment

Recently renovated studio apartment. Nicely done with new furnishings and provides all the basics of an efficiency apartment. Clean, comfortable and excellent communication from the owner. Neighborhood is not the best, but apartment is gated and has plenty of lighting and security cameras. General location is good and provides easy access to downtown.

I needed a last minute place in St Pete, and needed to hardwire for work. Host was very responsive and the location was a convenient location for me, in between Downtown and the beaches. Had everything I needed! Thank you for hosting
