Offered year round, several units are privately owned in addition to 11 "RCI" timeshares. Perfect for the family both on and off-season. Enjoy the many amenities these condos have to offer such as 1 gas grill, a gas fireplace, central A/C, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The location is nice. Problems finding the facility. Poor directions provided, plus poor signage on the property. Owner couldn't provide directions to property. Had to drive around for quite a while looking for the property.
