Welcome to this newly renovated condo in the Grayhawk area of North Scottsdale—very close to Kierland shopping, Scottsdale Quarter, Whole Foods, restaurants, golf, and 5 miles to the Mayo Clinic! Also close to Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, Arabian Horse show, Spring Training and amazing golf.

This second story 1400 square feet condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, single car garage available for use, with access to 3 heated community pools, spa, and 2 fitness areas. Master suite has a king sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen with a pullout twin trundle bed. Also enjoy the private, very quiet balcony.

This condo has a well equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Each room (living room, two bedrooms) is furnished with a smart TV which allows you to log into your favorite streaming sites (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Paramount etc)—note, there is no cable access. Wifi is fast and reliable.

Beautiful condo in Grayhawk! Everything was clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The three pools were wonderful! Jenny was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again.

Very well equipped kitchen. Since we cook a lot and enjoy staying in …….this was the perfect stay.The pool and surrounding areas were just right.Very quiet street and very nice neighborhood.I would highly recommend this to all….

Impeccably clean condo with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to Whole Foods, Sprouts, and fantastic restaurants. The property grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking. Jenny, the host, was an absolute pleasure—her communication was clear and thoughtful from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning for future stays!
