Amazing location and property - Close to everything and the town home had everything we needed and then some. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a perfect get-a-way book this property.

Great property, very clean, loved the rooftop patio, only thing was parking, it’s not a far walk to free parking, just inconvenient when you check-in with groceries and suitcases, and it is downtown, you hear noise from taproom and wine bar

This was an awesome place to stay. The accommodations were excellent—nothing about the space felt cheap or poorly done. Even though we didn’t need much, it had everything necessary for a comfortable and luxurious stay away from home.

We stayed at the Addison for my son's wedding. The location is excellent for exploring Chillicothe. The Addison is very well kept and clean! The bathrooms are excellent! The decor is stunning! The Addison is very peaceful and matches the pictures shown. I love the exposed brick walls. I did not cook at the Addison but the kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. If you don't feel the need to cook, you are surrounded by excellent places to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (The Coop is right across the street and definitely my go-to for breakfast! Tippler's is excellent for a great place to have a glass of wine and chill out on the back patio. You have to pay close attention to every door and building because Chillicothe has businesses everywhere! ) The Addison puts you right in the middle of a great historic town!

So fun!

We were there for a wedding over the Feast of the Flowering Moon. The location couldn’t have been better! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the cute town! The condo was classy and clean!

Beautiful apartment-even better in person than in the pictures (and the pictures are gorgeous). The apartment was easy to get to, surrounded by cute shops and great restaurants. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Would love to stay here again!
