Hacienda in The Desert!!! Southwest Charm in this easy access 2 bedroom 2 bath!!! Condo offers Saltillo Tile throughout with tile sinks in bathrooms and kitchen! Master bedroom has it's own TV with the flexibility of 2 King beds or twins in the second! The living room is furnished with leather furniture and the dining table seats up to 6 people. Out front of the condo is a manicured grass area. Back patio has mountain views and charcoal grill off the walk way!!!!

Christmas in the Foothills

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and access to home, shopping and restaurants. Walls and bathrooms could use an update. We would stay again.

The condo was spotless!! Abundance of towels - that were of great quality. Necessary supplies for laundry, kitchen essentials. TV was easy to operate. Property was neat and clean, felt like a safe community. Pool was always clean and plenty of pool lounges. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Lots of eating establishments and great shopping. Highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented in "the Greens' before, and really enoyed it. Greatit convenient location for biking and hiking, and all things Tucson. Easy key access to the unit, and well maintained unit. A little small for more than 2-3 folks, but it was as advertised. Only dissatisfier was porous walls, could hear video games and movies in master bedroom .

Great location & condo

Property looked exactly like the photos. Maintenance request was handled within an hour. Extra items like coffee, coffee filters, Kleenex, dish soap, etc! Other places I’ve stayed only had one of each item & no coffee or filters. Area around condo clean, pool and hot tub very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy, clean condo

We stayed over Christmas week and had a great time. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Kitchen is small but has everything you need including good quality pots and pans. Living room is comfy with nice tv and fireplace that we used several times. The management company was easy to work with and made the whole process painless. We would definitely rent here again.

Spectrum staff were pleasant and responsive from the first contact to the end of our stay. The unit is attractive and Spectrum provides maintenance and other support in a responsible rapid manner.The location is great - near Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, in the attractive foothills, near shopping, and easy car ride to a large portion of Tucson. This is a ground floor unit, but there is a short flight of stairs from parking.Unit has all the basic amenities like TV, internet, DVR and DVR player.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in a condo on the other side of Kolb for the week prior to this week and LOVED our place. This second condo was dark, dirty, with uncomfortable furniture, a TINY kitchen with minimal appointments, non functioning lamps, leaky dishwasher, noisy neighbors and work going on outdoors, and an incomprehensible television system with no instructions. Every time the upstairs resident used the toilet we heard every detail and the water sounded like it went right through our room when he flushed.

Convenient Safe and Enjoyable Stay and Location

Can't beat the location of the property and in a safe area close to grocery shopping and a pharmacy if needed in walking distance. Nice quiet location in the foothills with a responsive management company there 9-5. Would stay again in the same unit or elsewhere on the property again in the future.

The check in instructions were detailed and helpful. Extremely quiet unit. Everything was clean, but the bedding and mattresses seemed very old and could use updating Also would have been nice to have tissues provided in the bathrooms. There is a CVS and grocery shopping close by so we were able to pickup supplies. All in all a good experience.
