A Great Home

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The living space is very generous and the home had everything we needed. The deck is a great spot to relax and for evening cocktails. And the proximity to the beach was fantastic. This is a perfect vacation spot.

The Perfect Christmas Gift!

Let me start by saying that the owners were extremely pleasant and accommodating! This rental property was a gift to my family for Christmas from me. We were in desperate need of a vacation and I wanted to make sure my family was extremely comfortable, while being close to the beach. Everything was extremely clean and in order. My parents were smiling from ear to ear when they walked through the door and it brought me so much joy! We're already looking at dates for next year, my dad is sold. This was my first time renting a vacation home and I have to say, my experience was smooth and perfect! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! We'll be back!

Fantastic Hilton Head Home

My wife and I and another retired couple stayed in this home for 5 weeks. This was our first time to Hilton Head having been Florida vacationers for many years. We were not disappointed! This home had everything; central location, privacy, beautiful surroundings, spotlessly clean and the best homeowner we have ever dealt with. Jami (the homeowner) was amazing, from the time we first booked until after we returned home. She was responsive to every question/request we had. As an example, one of the two coffee makers provided stopped working. A new one was delivered by Amazon 2 days later. This home was great for two couples and would also be perfect for a family. Lots of space for everyone. We have rented through VRBO for many years and have never had a negative experience, but this was by far the most positive! Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic Hilton Head rental - on the golf course and a 5 min drive to the Beach

My wife and I are building a house in Beaufort, SC and rented this property for 6 months. We could not have been happier. Master suite on the first floor in addition to an additional 1/2 bath. 2 big bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The house is immaculate and tastefully furnished. We hosted Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break for our children and grandchildren. Located off the 9th green it has wonderful landscaping with mature trees and full shrubs. Private back patio with grill. Located within Shipyards, this little cul-de-sac street has its own 2 tennis courts and swimming pool! The private beach for Shipyards (on the Atlantic) is a 5 min drive by car, or 10 min by bike. Full bath house and showers at the beach. Many, many bike trails - we rented bikes for everyone when we had guests. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Great Long-term stay!!!

Spent almost 4 months at the house with my family. The location is ideal and the house is spacious and well appointed. We went walking and biking right out the door and it is easy to get to a spectacular beach. We were comfortable and happy the entire time. The owners were amazing and really took care of us. I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has a small, private community pool. It is nice and safe to use. It is easy to spend a lot of time outside without being around anyone and maintaining social distance. Even during COVID, this property was a pleasure to rent.

The Perfect Weekend

We celebrated a family wedding in the Shipyard and spent a long weekend in Hilton Head. This rental property was better than advertised. Tastefully decorated , clean , bright and recently remodeled with all the amenities the facility has to offer. The beach was a short bike ride away and the setting for our wedding at the Sonesta resort with ocean views were spectacular. As important were the owners and their friendly southern hospitality. Jami was always timely in her responses and made sure our stay was comfortable and stress free. I would never hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family but would make sure it would not conflict with our future plans first !!

Quiet and Relaxing!!

We really enjoyed our weekend trip! The home was in great condition and the owner provided beach chairs, tennis rackets and balls for the court which is right in front of the house. The small neighborhood is so quiet we basically had the pool and tennis courts to ourselves. We had bikes delivered right to the house and enjoyed biking to the beach and enjoying the beautiful trees and wildlife. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation in a very nice house

We are a family from Germany and stayed eight nights for a family vacation. The house was very clean and very well equipped: Plenty of towels, beach equipment, some games... Guest relation manager reacted promptly upon a request we had. Description on website was accurate. Our kids enjoyed the small pool which was only accessible for the few houses in our street.

Great house; Great host

Loved the house, the location, the access, the ease, the accommodations! The house is as it seems in the pictures and descriptions: well laid out, clean, simple, stocked, comfortable for many. The location on the island was ideal for all that we (6 adults) needed: wedding on the beach with a reception on the marsh-side of the island, golf somewhere in between, restaurants all around us, beach access pass for convenience. Great pool, stocked kitchen and a grill on the patio. Numbered keypad on door made it secure and convenient for all of us to come and go as we pleased. We thank the hosts for a great weekend and easy process! Highly recommended.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a gated community. Easy to find and extremely well kept and clean. Quiet and the ground are beautiful to walk, also easy walk to private beach. The kitchen is well stock and also has everything to take to the beach. The guest contact was easy to communicate with and accessible. We would recommend this beautiful home and would stay there again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

My wife and I can't say enough of how great this home was. We spent a week in mid April and needed to unwind after a hectic work schedule. This was perfect. The home was exactly how advertised and pictured on the site and was perfectly set-up for our enjoyment. Everything we needed was provided, the location was great and the home was clean and everything worked. The owner, Jami, was exceptionally organized and laid everything out for us before we arrived in the detailed summary she provided. There was a minor issue with a shower door off track when we arrived, but she had it fixed within a day and communicated well with us. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will want to come back and stay in this home again.

We had an awesome family stay here for the weekend!

This property is amazing and has everything you need for a quick get-away or a long-term stay. There were 4 of us there for a long weekend of golf. Plenty of space. Kitchen was great, even though we didn't cook anything. It had everything you would have at your own home. The owner was very kind and communicated well with any questions or instructions. Would recommend and return.

Perfect in Every Way

We spent 5 days during Christmas holidays in Hilton Head with our family of 7 including our 1 year old granddaughter. We had a lovely time and the house was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and well situated. The homeowners were awesome and very helpful. The rental process was so easy and very professional. The house came with everything we needed including baby high chair and pack-n-play. I would highly recommend this property for families of all ages. Trip highlight was biking around the island and on the beach and visiting the Lawton stables for a ride.
