Wonderful home and perfect stay! This home is convenient to Bentonville and has everything you’ll need. The house is squeaky clean, and every time you think of something you want or need, it’s right there. From snacks, coffee and plenty of different towels - they have thought of it all. It even has a hose and bucket to wash your bike! We will be back!

Best rental I’ve booked. Very spacious, clean, full of amenities like single serve wine, snacks, bottled water, extra bathroom necessities in case you forgot to pack. Beautiful view and deck seating. I especially appreciated it being pet friendly, with no obvious signs of prior pets. No added fees. The only constructive feedback is the smaller bedroom needs a better mattress due to depressed sagging on one side of the mattress. Lovely house. Will recommend to my out of state family members!

It was a wonderful place to stay! Relaxing, clean and all the things you need to make your stay exceptional. The host was great when we had a small issue and it was taken care of immediately. We stay in this area many times per year to bike, shop, hike and just relax. Will definitely be return guests, thank you.!!!
