Beautiful home next to Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the house decor was beautiful. Overall everything was great except for the upstairs showers which were a big problem. The water flows out of the shower instead of toward the drain. Here are a couple other suggestions. Rearrange kitchen to provide pantry, add another outdoor trash can and provide instructions on how to turn on pool lights and turn off water fountain

Washing machine wasn’t hooked up, ac on floor two bedrooms wouldn’t work, breakers kept flipping, had issues with the shower, ice Maker in outdoor kitchen didn’t work. Lots of issues but the house is nice and location is great. Seems like the property manager could care less about fixing the problems. For the kind of money spent something should have been done.

This home was newly completed construction at the time of your stay, and unfortunately several builder and warranty-related issues surfaced during those early guest visits. While we understand how frustrating that experience must have been, these were not issues caused by a lack of concern or unwillingness to help. We appreciate you recognizing the home and location, and thankfully many of those early construction-related items have since been resolved as the property settled into regular operation.
