Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome! Located a short drive from Downtown Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine and just 10 minutes from Nocatee, this home offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, a coffee bar, upstairs laundry, and a serene screened lanai for morning coffee. The spacious garage provides easy parking and storage. Across the street, enjoy resort-style amenities: a pool, cabana, fitness center, playground, volleyball court, and dog park. We look forward to making your stay special!

- King Bed (includes all linens) and TV with streaming services
- En suite master bathroom (tub/shower combo, includes all linens, black makeup removing washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, and cotton rounds)
- Walk-in closet with built ins. Includes hangers and full length mirror.

2nd Bedroom:
- Queen Bed (includes all linens) and TV with streaming services

Great Location

We stayed here temporarily while waiting to move into our house. The space was perfect for us and we enjoyed our time here. The property manager, Michelle was helpful and accommodating. Although, due to weather we didn’t get to use the amenities they looked really nice. Overall, it was clean and we would recommend!

Great townhouse

Well appointed spacious townhouse with 2 primary bedroom, including 2 1/2 bathrooms. Nice decor. Garage. Pool and gym directly across from townhouse - 15 second walk! Great host!
