This is a newly remodeled guest house sitting on a large property that I recently took over with 10 other units, which include trailer homes, a home and a duplex that I will remodel next.
We are in the middle of cleaning up & remodeling the entire property so please pardon our dust but the unit itself is clean, private, quiet & peaceful. 🕊️
If you’re looking for a nice place at a great deal close to the city then this is a bargain!

The unit is in the backyard of a large trailer park style property with a home & several trailer homes. Although the unit is nice, cozy and peaceful, the exterior property is still a work in progress as we slowly turn all units into Airbnbs. If you have specific preferences or are particular about certain things then this place may not be for you.
