Welcome to our Boho Beach Bungalow, located at Edgewater Beach Resort. (Unit 1007, located in Tower Two) This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of boho beach vibes. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere.
This 10th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths.

The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find another king bed and a flat-screen TV, this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo.
If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.

The furnished balcony is perfect watching sunsets, the beach and pool deck.

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.

For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer, free WiFi, a stocked coffee bar, and room to make all the memories. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis facilities, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), 4 gulf-front hot tubs, onsite dining, and more!

Very nicely updated condo

We enjoyed our stay st Boho condo, it was very clean & beautifully updated. Everything we needed was provided. Our only complaint is with the building mgmt for not getting the elevator repaired in a timely manner. The huge building only has two elevators and one was out of service for our stay & a week before we were told. It caused lines to get to our 10th floor. The condo beds & furniture were very comfortable so we would recommend it.
