The property was easily accessible and close proximity to Liberty Stadium and the Memphis Sports and Event Center for the event we attended. It wasn’t far from Downtown Memphis. It was clean and the backyard was very spacious. It provide seclusion from the main road. I would definitely stay here again.

30th Birthday Weekend!

We rented out both units, we had 14 ppl. This property was a good choice for our weekend stay. Cooper Street did have some nice little bars and a farmers market on the weekend we went. Its an easy drive to Beale Street.

Great Time In Memphis

The owner Mrs. Renee was very professional and had a great personality. She made me and my motorcycle club really feel at home. And the hospitality she shown was remarkable. She actually went and purchase some items to make sure our bikes was clean and safe. The back yard had everything you need to have a good time. And me and 2 of my brothers slept outside by the fire pit . That's how cozy it was back there. We will be back in the future if God willing. Great place to celebrate with family!

We were in town to celebrate several family members Birthdays. We rented both units and it was a feeder setting for all of us to be together! It was a short Uber drive to Beale and just a few blocks to many restaurants and shops. Renee was a gracious hostess, providing suggestions to eat at check in and a bottle of wine for each side! Great place!
