This place is absolutely charming and close to everything in the historic district. It sits within walking distance to 2 stops on the Trolley Tour which we really enjoyed. Chaz did a great job communicating with us and making us feel very welcome at the Chatham Carriage House.

Super cute & stylish carriage house with everything we needed for our stay. Location is perfect to walk to all the parks or historic district while being nice and quiet. Loved using the bikes they provided to cruise around town! Management was attentive and timely when corresponding. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town!

This cute place was a perfect location to enjoy the history, cuisine, and beverages. Owner was very attentive and would reply within minutes.

We had such a great time! The property was just as wonderful as the location. It was so nice being close to restaurants, bars, and parks, in addition to being a great spot overall. The property had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the management was kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. Such a lovely stay; we hope to return soon!

Great location

nice place to stay just be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and only accessible using a spiral staircase. Location is great for getting out and walking.For some reason i had trouble logging into the sites they sent. The office did a great job helping to get the information to me via text messages.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this lovely home for our anniversary. The host sent communications before our stay and was responsive to our questions during our stay. Self check-in went smoothly. Keypad entry to the courtyard and then keypad entry to the home was easy to use. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We felt very safe walking around, even late at night.The place is decorated beautifully, everything was clean, and very spacious for two people. The large bedroom with a king bed is located on the second floor along with the bathroom. I appreciate a place with good water pressure in the shower and water that heats quickly. This place has both. The rental is only a 5-min walk to Forsyth Park and about 25-min stroll to the riverwalk and the North Historic District. We didn’t rent a car because we heard Savannah was very walkable. There were restaurants and cafes within a 10-minute walk, so we were able to hang near the house when we wanted to. The central air was a big relief from the heat and humidity. Given the location and quality of this home, we felt the nightly rate was fair and we would recommend renting this property.
