The cabin was very nice, very easy walk to the lake and trails. Beds were comfy, AC, WiFi, tv worked great. There is a full kitchen, but it’s missing a few items. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend and return.

Cozy cabin in beautiful setting. Excellent communication with property manager at all times. For kitchen utensils, the chef’s knife should be sharpened or replaced.

This is our second stay at this location. The location is great. It is close to most of the amenities in Big Canoe.Suggestions to improve a stay at the cabin. There was no hairdryer(wish we had known). The upstairs bedroom needs a darker curtain or a shade(carlights are annoying). An extra blanket needs to be provided in each bedroom, especially during the cold weather.Extra towels would be helpful.Overall, it is a cozy stay!
There was no pool. We did not stay because there was loud construction happening next door - roofing job with generators, nail guns and crewmen yelling back and forth. The place also smelled awful - overpowering sour smell, like animal urine or something.
The cabin itself was beautiful and the location was wonderful! However, the heater was terrible, it was 60 when we arrived at about 4:30, at 9:00 was only up to 66, and it was set on 74. We called the help number to let them know something wasnt working right, the owners? We think came out and took a look and said it was working like it should be. The outside unit made terrible noise and was covered in ice for our whole stay. The second night did get a little warmer up to 69, but it was not enough to heat the cabin. Our daughter who was staying in the loft had to wear multiple layers and use multiple blankets and was still cold up there. Thank goodness for the fireplace as we were able to light it and sit in front of it for heat. Had we been comfortable temperature wise it would have been the perfect stay.
Cabin was very nice. A little small but fine for the 2 of us.
I was disappointed that you couldn’t get national networks to watch football etc. with out streaming. We don’t have streaming services and did not want to sign up for one,
Other than that it was very mice

The stay was good, but this 'Grand Welcome' check-in process needs fixing. Days after booking, I received the first of many text messages from Grand Welcome wanting a liability E-Doc signed and submitted. Maeh was the first person I dealt with (I know, funny way to spell Maya). I printed a copy and looked forward to my visit. On my arrival day, I received a text from this same 'Grand Welcome' saying they didn't have confirmation of said E-Doc form. Would I kindly submit ID verification (I.sent a pic of my DL). Jason was the name on that message. The following message asking for a selfie to confirm the person in the license was the person checking in. I dealt with Gladys on that one. Up to this point, Grand Welcome had been answering my texts quickly. I arrive at the cabin and I got ghosted. I waited an hour and began to worry. The phone number given, at the top of Grand Welcome's first message, was not in service. I goggled Grand Welcome/N.Georgia Mts., got a numbered, called, and got put on hold, No one ever answered. At this point I thought I had gotten scammed. I was right in the middle of searching for the nearest Hampton Inns when the owner of the cabin showed up. He lives right down the street and saw me sitting on the stair. He's the one who let me in. Very nice guy. I showed him all my interactions with 'Grand Welcome' and left it at that. It wasn't until the following day, that 'Grand Welcome' decided to send me code for door lock, and it was wrong!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Everything was perfect, great location in Big Canoe, very clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were great for relaxing. We are looking forward to returning.
