The Space:

Welcome to your St. Augustine getaway on Anastasia Island! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 and was designed with families and groups in mind—combining comfortable indoor spaces, family-friendly amenities and a private backyard made for enjoying Florida living year-round.



Located in a peaceful neighborhood approximately 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and 3.2 miles from Historic Downtown, you’ll have an ideal home base for beach days, concerts, sightseeing, Nights of Lights and everything St. Augustine has to offer.

For added peace of mind, the backyard is fenced and the immediate pool and hot tub area has an additional secondary safety fence. Children must always be supervised around the pool, hot tub and outdoor areas.

*POOL HEAT: Pool heat is set to 88°F. It is not guaranteed to reach or maintain 88°F at all times, particularly when overnight temperatures are consistently below 60°F.

The only areas not available to guests are a locked owner supply closet and an outdoor storage bin containing tools and maintenance supplies.

Our home is located on Anastasia Island in a peaceful residential neighborhood, giving you a relaxing place to come home to while keeping you close to the beach, Historic Downtown and some of St. Augustine’s most popular attractions.

The neighborhood itself is residential and family-friendly. We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially during designated quiet hours.

A car is recommended for getting around St. Augustine and exploring the surrounding area.

The private driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.
