Inside is your bright and clean living space. 2 king beds and 2 twins in the bedrooms. Updated bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Complete with new washer and dryer. Can fit 3 cars. Family friendly. Pets welcome! Situated just outside downtown Naples beaches with a 7 min drive to the shore line. Minutes from 5th Ave!

We have been coming to Naples for years and this neighborhood is situated close to downtown. This allows guests to take advantage of the miles of sandy beaches and historic 5th avenue.

What makes this property unique

Our property offers a large outdoor lanai with a heated pool and bar area. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable beds and ample space to relax and enjoy all southwest Florida has to offer. You are a short drive away from 5th avenues dining and shopping.
