Christmas Family Gathering

Location was perfect, and house was clean and beautiful. Biggest complaint was that we had to pay for heating of pool, which was fine, but one day someone came by to "shock" the pool and then the filter stopped working. No one came by to help even after we requested help. Also, the fire alarms had low batteries and kept beeping. We again tried to get help, and no one came. We replaced all the batteries ourselves. There were broken chairs throughout the house. Nothing in the game worked.

Dear Guest, We are deeply sorry for the inconvince you had during your stay. We have taken adminstrative action against the responsible person who was assinged to this home during your stay. Also we would like to point out we have a safety check in place before all check ins and none of the chairs as claimed was found to be broken. Additionally we never received any images when we requested from you for the same. Thanks
