RUSTIC LAKESIDE COTTAGE. LARGE SANDY BEACH
OCCUPANCY LIMIT 5 - NO PETS ALLOWED! - SEBAGO LAKE BEACHFRONT. This is a real classic lakeside cottage and one of the oldest places on the lake. Comfortable living/dining room. Three bedrooms. Open and airy with simple charm throughout. Located at the end of a private road with both lake and brook frontage. The lovely sandy beach with a dock and an open water view is just steps from the screened porch. Walking distance to small convenience store. Only a few miles to shops, restaurants, golf, and grocery store. NO PETS! (See map location below) | 2 DAY GUESTS 2 CARS ONLY.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Beautiful sandy beach with safe, gradual entry into water. Swim float shared with Ronkoma Cottage. No fires allowed on the beach, please - you must use the firepit provided. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, not for tie-up. Mooring: yes, for boats up to 15 feet
Bedrooms: Three. 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Queen. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
