Clean and well equipped property with a convenient location to Nassan Beach. Comfortable stay and my family had a great time. Would recommend to others.
We loved staying at the cottage, it was very cute and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, too, and scenic, although the road was a bit noisy.
Everything is perfect here. Very short walk to a very nice well maintained beach with bathrooms and a store with food. Such a beautiful place to stay and relax.
It is nice little place for a close family vacation.
The little cabin is clean and attractive and located near a pleasant beach on the lake. One thing to note: the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling so there isn't any sound privacy between rooms including the bathroom. The owners we're great with communication and very accommodating.
The place was amazing but I must say what really makes this place special was the host.. she was amazing!! So helpful, so nice, really easy to just adore right away honestly. The space is very cute, perfect little spot to stay and right near the lake. Would recommend!!
The cottage was very cute and friendly from the outside. The inside was very clean and comfortable. Luckily
the cottage was air conditioned as the temperature was 97 degrees. Outside there were 3 sitting areas that I enjoyed. Everything we needed was there for our use
We spent the weekend here while attending a wedding. It is a great location and fabulous home! The outside spaces are a huge bonus. The inside is comfortable, well furnished and some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
The cottage was super cute and very clean! It had all the amenities we needed while in town for a wedding. Bring your own beach towels! The one downside is that we went with another couple and there is no privacy as there are no ceilings, meaning you can hear everything in the entire cottage including the bathroom.
This cottage is beautifully decorated and was just right for a quick stay in Sebago. Perfectly located with beach access, lots of outdoor amenities. You can tell the hosts truly care about guests! Lots of love put into this property. Note that fenced area is for multiple cottages- we thought it was individual fenced yard.
Attention to detail and plenty of space for a family!
I was so happy to stay at the cottage in Sebago with my husband and two young boys! We had such a great time. The cottage itself is so quaint and filled with everything you would need and more for a weekend at the beach. I noticed such close attention to detail to the amenities, decorations, and such a nice touch leaving some Sebago Brewing in upon our arrival! (The husband very much enjoyed them all). The location is wonderful too - just a short walk to the beach and little general store. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will be back next year!
Great cottage
Road was busy
There was alcohol left in the fridge. I am an alcoholic in recovery. I was not tempted but was a little off putting.
Would go back definitely 💯
This was the perfect spot for our beach vacation! The property was so adorable and chock full of all the amenities we could have needed. The owner was extremely welcoming and kind as we arrived and checked in. The home was renovated and cozy and well stocked the beds were cozy and the cottage had the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The outdoor space was also impressive with a grill, gas fireplace, pergola, plenty of seating and space for our four year olds to play. The walk to the Nason's beach is very short and easy to get to and it's one of the best beaches we have been to, it is level and clean, and a great space for kids to swim. In addition, we were able to use one of the kayaks at the property and spent hours kayaking around Sebago which is a memory we won't soon forget. Thank you for an incredible stay!!
My husband and I and my 87 year old mother stayed at this cottage for three nights. It was exactly as advertised and we had a great time. The cottage reminded me a lot of the place we had when I was a child, so it brought some beloved memories. Though small, the cottage has everything you need! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals plus there's a grill outside. We had a birthday party for my mom with my adult kids and this was a perfect spot. There are two air conditioners , a tv with roku and the WIFI worked well. Small bathroom with shower was fine. Beds were comfy. In my mind the only downside to the rental is the traffic. The cottage is located on a very busy road and it's loud when you are sitting outside. But that's to be expected on Sebago Lake in full on summer. We loved it anyway!

Lack of privacy walls
The cottage is cute, located near the lake, ample parking, offered complimentary snacks and beverages. Host owners were very responsive - unfortunately none of the above offsets the lack of walls for privacy.
Thank goodness it was just my sister and me and we were not with our spouses.
You could hear everything in the bathroom due to the half walls. If one of us got up in the night and turned on the light in the bath or living room the light came over the half wall into the other bedroom.
The experience felt like an overnight camp setting you might attend as a 10 year old with friends - as an adult I prefer a bedroom that is fully private, I can darken the room to optimize sleep and eliminate noise that might wake me during the night - that’s not possible in this cottage.
Sounds and light are inescapable.
Others in their reviews don’t seem to mind the lack of privacy, but it was not what we had hoped for our weekend trip.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old. The cabin was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a 3 nights stay.
PROS!:
- Both beds were very comfortable
- The hosts left thoughtful amenities such as snacks, bottled water, and local beers in the refrigerator which we greatly enjoyed.
- A pack and play (we brought from home) could fit in either room next to the bed with a bit of space to walk in between. Great for traveling with a baby/toddler.
-A/Cs and ceiling fan were sooo appreciated.
-Nice outdoor seating areas
- Beach across the street within a ~2 minute walk. Not very crowded and the water temperature was great during our July visit.
Traveler tips:
- There was a coffee pot and filters but we didn't come across any coffee. Not sure if we just didn't see it but I was happy that we had brought some from home.
- As others mentioned it is a cabin with thin walls so sound carries. The A/Cs helped and we played some white noise for our toddler who had a bedtime earlier than ours. Also, the air-conditioned porch sitting area was great for hanging out and the door could be closed for more soundproofing if someone was inside sleeping.
- The bedroom doors only stay closed if you are inside the bedroom and latch them from the inside. In our case it meant we couldn't close a bedroom door completely after leaving the room when our toddler was in there sleeping. Putting something heavy behind it helped the door mostly stay closed.
