I hate to say anything negative because the condo service was great. The bedding was awful. The bed was awful the pillows were awful. And the dishwasher broke the first day we were there. It’s starting to look its age. The part we did like was the washer in the condo that was a plus. It by no means ruin our vacation, but a little up keep would have been nice.

Great location! You can walk right onto the beach from the property. Check in is very easy and everything is done electronically which we like. If there was one thing that I had to gripe about it’s that the property needs a new toaster lol she old, and I spent most of a morning trying to get our waffles cooked right. That’s literally the dumbest criticism I had because the rest of our stay was wonderful. We definitely will be using the whaler again

The view front the balcony was phenomenal! The condo was cozy, very clean, and provided all the amenities needed for our family. Just a short walk to the beach, with chair/umbrella rentals available on the beach right in front of the condo! Check-in and communication was smooth, easy, and prompt! We will definitely be back to Gulf Shores, and will stay here again!

We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. When the elevator broke down twice, it was repaired pretty quickly. We only had to use the 49 stairs up three times. There was quite a bit of noise on the condo from the elevator, trash pickup and other guests.We loved the nearby state park. So many bike/walking trails.

Hosts were very welcoming. It was a comfortable, relaxing getaway. Very clean, beautiful view.The elevator wasnt working for the last few days of our 2 week stay, so had to keep using the stairs. The worst was hauling our things down the day we left. This would be the only thing keeping us from possibly staying again.

Overall everything was fairly good. The floors were dirty. Communication was poor. The elevators broke and stayed broke for a coupleIf days. The property manager couldn’t tell me why or when they would be fixed. There was also no notice that the elevator was broken, so you just had to stand and wait to see if it worked or not.

The kitchen was nice. This place was clean. The beach view I thought was going to be complete ocean front. It was just the corner but that was ok. I had this place reserved for 8 nights. I spent my vacation mopping up leaky water in the bathroom from upstairs that was leaking through vents. I messaged host 2 in the after noon. Was told someone will be right over and also would drop off more towels for me since I had used all my towels. The “someone” came at midnight pounding on the door . Woke us all up and done nothing said he would make a report. 2 days went by then the floor flooding ruining all my luggage while we were at the beach. I stated messaging again. Sent someone. Still no towels. So I was now doing laundry :( next day I came back from the beach and 2 big pieces of equipment that was very loud and hummed throughout the condo was there to dry everything up. So I listened to all of this. Finally in a couple days everything was dry and my husband (he should not have yes I understand that) moved the equipment so we could get to our stuff in the bottom cabinet of the sink. Same day at dinner I was called by host and ask to vacate the premises since my husband unhooked this. I had 1.5 hours to do so. This was a horrible experience for me and my family and I will NEVER come back to gulf shores again for as long as I live. I had saved all year for this vacation and I failed drastically when picking my place to stay.
