Welcome to the Getaway Home, for your next family vacation. With an amazing backyard, patio w/chairs and a pool (NOT HEATED). You will be able to enjoy a swim with family and friends or playing pool/table tennis

You will have a fully stocked large kitchen with everything you need for your meals and it is next to the game room where you can enjoy a drink while playing pool or table tennis. Two brand new 55 inch and 43 Roku tv with all the streaming services; Disney+, HBO, Apple TV and you’ll be able to use your own account for Hulu and Netflix.

Your cozy getaway awaits in Phoenix at this superb house. With 3 pleasant bedrooms featuring queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, and an additional living room space with a sofa bed, this fantastic property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Put all used towels, pillow cases and bedsheets inside the laundry basket in the laundry room.
Please turn off all the lights including the one in the backyard. Please hit the Kwiset on the keypad to lock the door when exiting.

I had this house for my trip me and my guests loved it we loved the game room everything was very cleaned and we also loved how the host has cooking supplies plus seasons also loved how the host communicated with us about everything one thing I would say the pool was closed and we booked a house with a pool and the host told us a couple days before that will be closed because of paint peeling off by the time she told me I would not be able to get my full refund back but overall we made it work and still had very fun I really do appreciate the host for everything she had did to make our stay very comfortable 10/10 recommend loved it!!!

It was the perfect house with two teenagers! The pool table and ping pong kept them entertained for hours. The home was very well maintained and was in excellent condition. Check in was very smooth and the hosted was very responsive to all of our questions.

The cleanliness of this property was lacking upon our arrival. It did not appear as though the property had been thoroughly cleaned recently. We found old food residue on dishes that had been stored in the cabinets, as well as on the cabinets, countertops, and floors. There was also hair found on the backs of the toilets. The floors and baseboards appeared to need a more thorough, deep cleaning.I contacted the owner immediately and provided pictures documenting the cleanliness issues. The owner responded fairly quickly and apologized; however, no remedy or offer to address the cleaning issues was provided. I had also paid a cleaning fee upfront as part of the booking, so the condition of the property was particularly disappointing.I also documented and photographed various broken, scuffed, or damaged items that we noticed upon check-in. I sent those pictures to the owner as well so there would be a record of the property's condition when we arrived and to protect ourselves from potentially being held responsible for pre-existing damage.

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was clearly explained, and the host was a fast and responsive communicator, which made everything easy and stress-free.We really enjoyed the game room and the pool — they were perfect for relaxing and having fun during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it!

The house was comfortable and easy to access. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Owner had all essential toiletries, etc. readily available and left treats upon our arrival.
