We loved our stay at this location. We were a bit hesitant about the no air conditioning, but at night it cooled down tremendously and was comfortable. Williams was a nice location to be within driving distance of all the things we came to see in AZ. We would stay here again,

Nice property for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and beds. Overall the property was clean. There was a large refrigerator and a great BQ grill. Good location, easy to get too, nice and quiet in the very woody part of our great ponderosa forest. I would love to use it again.
