The home’s authentic 1940s details bring out a sense of nostalgia, with hardwood floors, classic furnishings, and cozy nooks that invite you to unwind. Enjoy quiet mornings with a coffee on the patio as you watch the waves roll in, or take a leisurely stroll on your private stretch of beach, where the sand and sea await.

Outdoors, discover the luxury of a large pool, ideal for refreshing dips or swimming under the sun. Surrounding the pool are sprawling gardens, designed to provide beauty and privacy, perfect for morning yoga, afternoon sunbathing, or evening cocktails.

For an elevated experience, in-reservation housekeeping is provided to keep your space fresh and inviting. A private chef can be arranged upon request for an additional cost, allowing you to indulge in curated meals without lifting a finger.

This tranquil retreat comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children, offering all the essentials for a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, flatware, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker complete with coffee, cream, and sugar. To make your stay even more welcoming, we include fresh fruit, water, and a selection of thoughtful welcome gifts.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for 1 Pet only. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. (small dogs only)
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL & HOT TUB RULES
●Use at Your Own Risk: If the listing has a hot tub or pool by using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, if applicable children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: If applicable, Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool if there is a hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, if applicable please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: If applicable, Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

●Pool Heater Disclaimer: If there is a pool heater (please check amenity list) and you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 24 hours in advance to allow proper arrangements. The pool heater is available ONLY between October and February. There is an additional charge of $50 per day for heating the pool. Please note, a pool heater does not make the water as hot as a hot tub. The temperature will only rise to a certain level depending on the outdoor temperature.
